To ensure that the personnel and Administrative functions of the Liberia National Lotteries are carried out. The personnel/Administrative officer works closely with other departments to ensure the Execution of the corporation’s mandate.

The Department formulates and implements relevant Policies and procedures in line with personnel guidelines stipulated within the HR manual.


  • Plan, Co – ordinate and supervise all personnel and administrative activities
  • Handle all personnel matters including: applications, employment, personnel action notices, suspension, staff contracts and renewals, termination, personnel files, contracts/insurance records, ID cards.
  • Ensure maintenance at all times
  • Assist finance department in payroll preparations
