The Information Technology Department is responsible for the maintenance of IT infrastructure which includes but not limited to installing and maintaining computers at the Authority’s network system. The IT Officer provides effective and efficient services in hardware and software in a manner to ensure maximum access to technological services of the NLA. As the world advances in technology and communication, the department is also on par with such innovation in order to afford the public with updated happenings at the National Lottery Authority (NLA), of Liberia and the world at large.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and Evaluate the operations of information system and electronic technology.
- Operate and Administer computer and equipped with current hardware and software
- Provide desktop publishing services for the entity
- Provide training and orientation to new users of existing technology
- Provide support on request by units with day to day IT support.
